Instructions for Proceedings Submissions

The proceedings for the Symposium will be published by Springer in European Physics Journal C and you are requested to send your manuscripts by 7th March, 2017. Kindly send your manuscript (tex as well as pdf file) along with the Consent to Publish Form & Permission Request Form at the symposium email id, i.e. daebrns2016@gmail.com before the last date.
The link with the latex template & guidelines for writing the proceedings is available at: https://www.springer.com/gp/authors-editors/conference-proceedings/conference-proceedings-guidelines. The Consent to Publish & Permission Request Forms are also attached in this e-mail which needs to be submitted along with your manuscripts. Please do not try to upload your manuscript at the Springer website as we will be sending all the proceedings to the Springer after getting them reviewed by the referees. In case you have uploaded your manuscripts at the Springer website, you need to send them again to this symposium email id. Also note that the Permission Request Form should be sent only if it is applicable.


- Allowed manuscript lengths (maximum):
-- Plenary / Mini-Review Talk: 4 pages
-- Oral contributions in Parallel session or Promotional Talk for Young Scientist: 3 pages
-- Poster Presentation: 2 pages

The front page of the proceedings should include the abstract as well as details like corresponding authors, co-authors, contributing authors including their affiliation and email address. Their email addresses will be used by Springer to provide authors with a personal MySpringer account and to send the comments from the reviewers.

- Submission deadline: 7th March, 2017.

Kindly note that the last date will not be extended as the manuscripts have to be reviewed before finalising them for publication. - Permissions: If excerpts from copyrighted works (including websites) such as illustrations, tables, animations, or text quotations are included in your manuscript, please obtain permission from the copyright holder (usually the original publisher) for both the print and online format.

Please bear in mind the submission deadline, specially those who need a collaboration approval before hand.
Also, it would be nice if you could upload the talk/poster presented during the Symposium at indico site (https://indico.cern.ch/event/daebrns2016).
